ORDERS & SHIPPING

 

All ready to ship creations ship within 1-3 business days
of purchase. For all made-to-order jewelry pieces, please
allow 4-6 business days for products to be made before shipment.
Please note all pieces are handcrafted and we take care of every detail.
During high season, processing time can be up to
6-10 business days due to the handmade nature of each piece.

 

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Any orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends,
or holidays will be processed the next business day.



SHIPPING POLICY

 

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for
lost/damaged items that may occur during transit. If you
notice your mailing address is incorrect after the order
has been processed, please email us immediately
shopdlob@gmail.com so we can fix it before the package is
dispatched.


MIA - Local Pick Up
Please allow up to 48 hours to process order. Once your
order is ready for pick up, we will notify you via text or
email.
                
 


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 
Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, we do not accept
returns or exchange. All accessories are final sale.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please
email us to shopdlob@gmail.com, explaining the situation,
include pictures and detailed description and we will 
process your request.
